Refund Policy

If the tool cannot read your Instagram export, or the record it makes is not usable, email support@pickplainly.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked for technical problems.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
