Your messages

Your Instagram export is opened and processed entirely inside your browser. We never receive, upload or store your messages, photos or file contents.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment confirmation (for example the checkout session ID, amount and the email you gave Stripe) to unlock access and to answer support requests. See Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles your data.

Stored in your browser

After payment, your checkout session ID is saved in your browser's local storage so the unlock lasts for 7 days. You can clear it by clearing site data.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view statistics. We do not sell personal data.
